**Job Summary**:
**Salary Range**: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **TDS Compliance**:

- Ensure accurate deduction, deposit, and filing of TDS returns (e.g., Form 24Q, 26Q, etc.).
- Reconcile TDS records with Form 26AS and issue TDS certificates (Form 16/16A).
- Stay updated on changes in TDS laws and regulations, ensuring compliance across the organization.
- **Accounting Operations**:

- Handle accounts payable and receivable, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance.
- Process and monitor invoices, receipts, payments, and reconciliations accurately.
- **Tax and Regulatory Compliance**:

- Oversee GST filings and other tax-related compliance.
- Ensure accurate tax reporting and adherence to local and national financial regulations.
- **Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights to improve business performance.
- **Audit Support**:

- Provide necessary documentation and support during internal and external audits.
- Address and resolve audit-related queries promptly.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Assist in streamlining financial processes to improve efficiency and ensure compliance.
- Recommend improvements for better financial and operational management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- **5 to 8 years** of proven experience as an Account Executive, with a strong focus on TDS compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel.
- Deep knowledge of TDS rules, filing processes, and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Professional certifications such as CA (Inter), CMA, or equivalent.
- Experience in [Industry/Sector, if applicable].
