**Responsibilities**:
- **Scheduling**: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and appointments for management and staff.
- **Data Entry**: Maintain and update databases, records, and filing systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
- **Office Maintenance**: Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office space, including ordering office supplies and coordinating repairs when necessary.
- **Visitor Reception**: Greet visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner, and ensure they are directed to the appropriate personnel.
- **Assistance with Projects**: Provide support to various departments with tasks such as research, documentation, and coordination of projects.
- **Document Preparation**: Assist in drafting and formatting documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues to support teamwork and contribute to the overall efficiency of the office.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluency in other languages is an advantage.
- **Computer Literacy**: Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
- **Professionalism**: Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- **Reliability**: Dependable and punctual with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and take on new challenges as needed.
