Job Responsibilities:

- provide educational vocational guidance services to individuals
- Answering Calls and explaining the product and services offered by the Organization.
- Daily Followup of the potential clients
- Should attend inbound calls as well as outbond calls
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Resolving queries and issues related to courses offered.
- Maintaining the database of the Students on a regular basis.
- Suggesting solutions based on Students needs and requirements.
