An **Admission Counsellor** plays a crucial role in guiding prospective students through the admission process. They provide detailed information about courses, eligibility criteria, and career prospects to help students make informed decisions. They also work closely with academic institutions, maintain records, and achieve admission targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Counselling & Guidance**:

- Assist prospective students and parents in understanding the admission process, course options, and career opportunities.
- Provide guidance on eligibility, admission criteria, fee structures, and scholarships.
- **Lead Management**:

- Follow up on leads and convert them into admissions.
- **Application & Admission Process**:

- Ensure smooth processing of admission formalities.
- **Marketing & Outreach**:

- Participate in education fairs, seminars, and school/college visits.
- Promote courses through social media, digital marketing, and offline channels.
- **Coordination & Administration**:

- Maintain and update student databases.
- Coordinate with academic departments for seat availability and program updates.
- **Achieving Admission Targets**:

- Work towards meeting the admission goals set by the institution.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
