**Job Summary**:
We’re looking for a dynamic, goal-driven **Inside Sales Executive** who can effectively communicate the value of our training programs to prospective clients. You will play a key role in driving our sales pipeline by connecting with leads, converting inquiries, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses or IT services (testing, development).
- Follow up with warm leads and nurture them to closure.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Coordinate with the operations and training teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Generate referrals and upsell other programs where appropriate.
- Provide feedback from the market to help improve products and marketing strategies.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to understand customer needs and map them to solutions.
- Confidence in pitching and closing deals.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet sales targets.
- Basic understanding of software training or EdTech space is a plus.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales funnels is an added advantage.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (BBA/B.Com/B.Tech preferred).
- Prior experience in EdTech sales or inside sales is a plus, but **freshers with strong communication skills are welcome**.
