**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Front Desk Management**
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls - answering, screening, and forwarding as necessary.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Handle visitor logbooks and issue visitor passes.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail, courier packages, and documents.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings for staff as needed.
**Administrative Support**
- Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Assist with facility management tasks - cleanliness, maintenance, etc.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and other office service vendors.
- Support HR and Admin teams with data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Manage meeting rooms - scheduling, setup, and cleanliness.
- Handle basic clerical duties like photocopying, scanning, and printing.
- Assist in organizing office events and meetings.
- Maintain employee attendance and visitor logs if required.
**Communication & Coordination**
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle basic inquiries and direct them to the concerned department/person.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for admin-related tasks.
**Key Requirements**:
- **Experience**: 2 to 3 years in a similar front office or administrative role.
- **Languages**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in **English and Hindi**.
- **Computer Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Presentable appearance with a positive attitude.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
