**Key Responsibilities**:

- Call potential clients to introduce ERP & SAP solutions and explain their benefits.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Maintain an updated database of prospects and sales interactions.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.
- Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions to clients.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service (ERP/SAP sales experience preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle client queries and objections professionally.
- Good knowledge of ERP & SAP solutions is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
