**JOB DUTIES and RESPONSIBITIES**:

- Responsible for quality & safety of product
- Knowledge of IMS and food safety awareness, statistical analysis, knowledge of ISO/IS 17025 & QMS knowledge.
- Sampling and testing of IPQA parameter and on time reporting of results to control dryer parameter.
- Effective line clearance to avoid rejection due to contamination.
- Verification of results against specs and proper documentation of results in given protocol.
- Calibration, Following GLP at lab mainly but not restricted to chemical handling and safety.
- Implementation of SOP as per process flow chart.
- Monitoring all documentation & record keeping
- Sensory evaluation & responsible to conduct sensory training to the panellist
- Occupational health and safety and environment safety
- Reporting, Feedback and communication with HOD's
- Verify and monitor In process protocol, internal RM/PM COA, Generate batch no. record and verify.
- Adhering (SOPs) & job safety analysis
- Plant hygiene/ sanitation.
- Reducing down time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
