Business Development Executive - Inside Sales Overview

The Business Development Executive - Inside Sales at Coschool will spearhead outreach to school Principals, delivering impactful demonstrations of our Ai-driven learning solutions. prioritizing leads, coordinating demos with the team, and establishing fruitful relationships and achieving sales objectives.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound sales calls to school Principals to introduce our products/services and schedule demonstrations.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Engage with school Principals/Director to understand their educational needs and pain points, and effectively articulate how our solutions can address them.
- Qualify leads and opportunities to ensure alignment with our offerings and prioritize sales activities accordingly.
- Coordinate with the sales team and to schedule product demonstrations.
- To fix appointment from prospective database for calling
- Connect via phone calls and pitch the clients
- Assist in arranging the client testimonials and feedback Customer Relationship Management tool/software maintaining and managing sales activities reports, document client/customer interactions and update lead information.
- Any new requirement with client to coordinate on behalf of client for any support resolution.

**Key Skills Requirement**:

- Beginners/Fresher’s any Graduate or Masters with excellent communication skills in written and verbal may also apply.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to effectively engage with School Principals/Teachers.
- Strong Inter personal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Overview understanding of the Education sector, familiarity with school operations may be added advantage.
- Educational technology trends.
- Strong communication skills
- What We Need:
Education: Master’s degree in Marketing/Communications or related field.
