**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Education (B.Ed.)** or equivalent.
- Minimum **2-5 years of experience** in primary education.
- Strong understanding of **child psychology, pedagogy, and curriculum design**.
- Excellent **communication and classroom management skills**.
- Ability to integrate **experiential and activity-based learning methods**.
- Passionate about **mentoring and inspiring young learners**.
- Knowledge of **21st-century teaching strategies, storytelling, and hands-on learning approaches**.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in **ICSE, CBSE, IB, or Cambridge curriculum**.
- Training in **Montessori or Waldorf education methodologies** is a plus.
- Familiarity with **educational technology and digital teaching tools**.
