2. Community Engagement & Customer Interaction
- Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Engage with followers by liking, commenting, and sharing relevant content.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and queries to improve satisfaction.

3. Campaigns & Promotions
- Plan and execute social media campaigns for product launches, sales, and special promotions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive in-store and online traffic.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using insights and analytics.

4. Influencer & Collaboration Management
- Identify and partner with influencers, bloggers, and brand ambassadors to expand reach.
- Manage influencer campaigns and measure their impact.

5. Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze key performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

6. Trend Monitoring & Strategy
- Stay updated on social media trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
- Suggest and implement innovative social media strategies to enhance brand presence.

7. Paid Advertising & Growth Strategies
- Manage and optimize social media ads to increase store visibility and sales.
- Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.

8. Event Coverage & Live Streaming
- Cover in-store events, fashion shows, and seasonal launches via live streams and stories.
- Create behind-the-scenes content to engage the audience.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
