Key Responsibilities:
1. Patient Sourcing & Outreach
- Plan and execute campaigns to attract new patients.
- Partner with local healthcare providers and community organizations.
- Launch referral programs and track patient acquisition efforts

2. Public Image & Communication
- Build and implement strategies to strengthen the clinic's reputation.

Establish effective communication with patients, staff, media, and local stakeholders.
- Draft press releases, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Organize health camps, events, and workshops to promote the clinic.
- Use digital platforms to build awareness and trust in the clinic’s services.

3. Stakeholder Engagement
- Liaise with doctors, local leaders, and government bodies.
- Support fundraising and partnership initiatives.

4. Crisis Communication & Issue Resolution
- Manage public communication during crises.
- Address patient concerns and feedback proactively to improve satisfaction.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Excellent written and verbal communication in Hindi and English.
- Experience in public relations, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of healthcare systems, policies, and rural healthcare challenges.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse groups.
- Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, local marketing, and outreach strategies.
- Background in healthcare, communications, or public administration.
- Experience working in rural or semi-urban areas.
