**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models using **Revit** for civil and MEPF disciplines.
- Utilize **AutoCAD** for 2D drafting and detailing as required.
- Conduct clash detection and model coordination using **Navisworks Manage**.
- Collaborate and communicate with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure design intent and project requirements are met.
- Participate in coordination meetings and provide technical support for BIM-related issues.
- Ensure model accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project standards and company BIM execution plans.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Proficient in **Autodesk Revit**, **AutoCAD**, and **Navisworks Manage**.
- Strong understanding of construction and engineering processes in MEPF and civil domains.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working directly with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
