**Position**: BIM Modeler
**Location**: Ahmedabad

**About the Company**:
Join a leading **UK-based MNC** with a strong presence in India, delivering world-class architectural and engineering solutions. We are expanding our Ahmedabad team and seeking a talented **BIM Modeler** with proven expertise in Revit.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using Revit.
- Prepare detailed architectural and construction documentation.
- Implement design changes and ensure quality control in all outputs.
- Follow project-specific BIM protocols and standards (LOD, CDE).
- Collaborate with international project teams to ensure timely delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Civil Engineering or Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a BIM Modeler.
- **Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit** (Navisworks/AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage).
- Solid understanding of BIM workflows, documentation, and standards.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and time management skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working on international projects, preferably UK-based.
- Familiarity with BIM collaboration tools such as BIM 360 or ACC.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
