As a Product Designer you'll be focusing on creating sophisticated and intuitive interfaces that cater the needs of our partners and customers. Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding complex user workflows, and crafting design solutions that streamline processes, drive efficiency, and elevate user experiences within professional settings. What You’ll Do- Creative UI/UX: Design web and mobile app user interfaces for enterprise-level solutions tailored to the unique requirements of our customers and partners, considering intricate workflows, scalability, and customizations.- Visual Consistency & Branding: Maintain visual consistency while incorporating branding elements, ensuring a cohesive and professional look and feel across the product.- Prototyping: Create prototypes, ensuring usability and functionality across various business scenarios.- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design strategies with business objectives and technical feasibility.- Accessibility & Compliance: Ensure designs adhere to industry accessibility standards, compliance requirements, and security protocols crucial for our products.- Competitive Analysis: Analyze the competition and what’s there in the market, gather insights, and translate them into intuitive design solutions that address our complex business needs.- Documentation & Presentation: Create comprehensive design documentation and effectively communicate design rationale and decisions to stakeholders.

Experience You’ll Bring- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or college certificate in Design, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field with up to 2 years of experience.-
- Demonstrated experience in product design, showcasing projects focused on enterprise-level solutions.-
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc., and familiarity with enterprise design software and tools.-
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, usability, accessibility, and complex user interactions.-
- Experience creating intricate user journeys that involve many moving parts-
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts and decisions to diverse stakeholders.-
- Detailed knowledge of usability best practices.-
- Experience in design from concept to completion for smartphones, tablets, and desktops.-
- Solid design portfolio-
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational, logical, and analytical skills-
- Creative, open-minded and comfortable dealing with uncertainty in a fast-paced environment-
