**About the role**

Our mission at Procys is to enhance the efficiency of accounting processes through cutting-edge algorithms. As an Annotator, you play a crucial role in this mission by transforming raw invoice data into structured text files, enabling our algorithms to automatically extract booking information. Working within our Procys web interface, you'll label and transcribe invoices to create high-quality training data. Your contributions directly impact the accuracy of our algorithms, ultimately saving valuable time for our customers. **Key Responsibilities**
- Perform precise and consistent annotation of datasets, ensuring high-quality labeled data.
- Label incoming documents with text data, including invoices, purchase orders, and receipts.
- Tag invoice lines and other structured data in financial document
- Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and adherence to annotation guidelines.
- Collaborate with the ML team to provide insights on annotation challenges and process improvements.
- Identify and flag anomalies or inconsistencies in datasets to enhance mod training.
- Assist in refining annotation guidelines based on project needs and evolve AI/ML model requirements.
- Stay updated on best practices in data annotation and AI/ML model training.
- Support process documentation for annotation workflow
- Participate in training sessions for new annotation tools or techniques.

**What competencies are we looking for**
- Comfortable with routine tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work with complex datasets.
- Understanding of data quality standards for AI/ML models.
- Basic knowledge of European VAT regulations and B2B invoicing.
- Fundamental math skills for invoice line calculations.
- Proficiency in English (additional language skills are a plus)

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in accounting or finance-related data processing
- Educational background in data science, data entry, or data analysis.
- Proficiency in additional languages (Dutch, Spanish, German, French)
