**About the Role**:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Graphic Design Trainer to deliver engaging and effective training programs to our students. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of aspiring designers by sharing your expertise and passion for visual communication. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, software proficiency, and excellent communication and teaching skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, tutorials, exercises, and assessments.
- Create and update curriculum to reflect the latest industry trends and best practices.
- Provide individualized support and mentorship to students, addressing their questions and challenges.
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Manage the learning environment, ensuring a positive and productive classroom experience.
- Collaborate with other trainers and staff to improve training programs and share best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in graphic design.
- Participate in curriculum development and review sessions.
- Potentially contribute to marketing efforts by creating content or participating in webinars.

**Required Skills**:

- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Graphic Designer, with expertise in:

- **Software Proficiency**: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (essential)
- **Design Principles**: Typography, layout, color theory, visual hierarchy, branding
- **Design Processes**: Understanding of the design process from concept to execution
- **Digital Image Editing**: Image manipulation, retouching, color correction
- **Vector Graphics**: Creating and editing vector-based artwork
- **Page Layout**: Designing layouts for print and digital media
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex design concepts clearly and concisely.
- Strong passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
- Experience in curriculum development and instructional design is a plus.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend only

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
