Key Responsibilities:
1. Patient Care
- Conduct initial clinical assessments, including taking medical histories and performing physical examinations.
- Assist in diagnosing medical conditions and contribute to treatment planning under supervision.
- Monitor patients' conditions, including vital signs and symptoms, and report changes to senior staff.

2. Procedural Skills
- Perform basic medical procedures (e.g., venipuncture, catheterization) and assist in surgical procedures under guidance.

3. Documentation and Record-Keeping
- Accurately document patient encounters, treatment plans, and progress notes in electronic health records (EHRs).
- Prepare and present case reports and summaries during rounds and team meetings.

4. Collaboration and Communication
- Collaborate with nursing staff, allied health professionals, and other doctors for comprehensive patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding treatment plans and care expectations.

5. Education and Training
- Actively participate in educational activities, including rounds, lectures, and workshops.
- Seek mentorship from senior doctors to enhance clinical practice and decision-making.
- Coordinate and participate in community engagement projects.

6. Quality Assurance
- Adhere to hospital policies, protocols, and guidelines to ensure patient safety and high-quality care.
- Engage in performance evaluations and receive feedback for continuous improvement.

7. Research Participation
- Participate in research projects or audits to support evidence-based practices.
- Assist in the collection and analysis of data for clinical research.

8. Emergency Response
- Respond to medical emergencies, providing basic life support and resuscitation as part of the healthcare team.
- Be available for on-call shifts to manage urgent cases and provide care outside regular hours.

9. Administrative Tasks
- Assist in scheduling patient appointments, procedures, and follow-ups.
- Help manage supplies and equipment in the clinical setting.

10. Professional Development
- Engage in continuing professional development activities and pursue relevant certifications.
- Explore career interests and opportunities within the medical field, including specialty choices.

Qualifications:

- Medical degree from an accredited institution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning.
