**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Keyword Research**:
Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords that drive relevant traffic and conversions.
- **Ad Copywriting**:
Create compelling ad copy and optimize landing pages for a high Quality Score and conversion rate.
- **Bid Management**:
Implement and optimize bidding strategies to ensure cost efficiency while meeting campaign goals.
- **Performance Analysis**:
Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rates) and generate regular reports with actionable insights.
- **A/B Testing**:
Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to continuously improve performance.
- **Budget Management**:
Manage daily, weekly, and monthly ad budgets, ensuring campaigns remain within allocated spend and deliver optimal ROI.
- **Audience Targeting**:
Implement audience targeting strategies, including demographic, geographic, and behavioral targeting.
- **Competitor Analysis**:
Conduct ongoing competitor analysis to identify opportunities and adjust campaign strategies accordingly.
- **Collaboration**:
Work closely with the SEO team, content creators, and web developers to ensure integrated marketing strategies.
- **Stay Updated**:
Stay up to date with the latest trends, changes, and best practices in Google Ads and PPC management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a PPC Executive or similar role with hands-on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns.
- In-depth understanding of Google Ads platform, including Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and other PPC-related tools.
- Proficiency in keyword research tools (e.g., Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush).
- Experience with A/B testing and optimization strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Google Ads certification is a plus.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
