Our **India office** is currently seeking to employ a **Billing Coordinator.**This is a back office/data entry role in the **Billing Department.**
- Key Responsibilities- Act as a bridge between operations and billing teams.
- Close billing files and follow up with agents for invoices.
- Handle miscellaneous tasks as required by ops/billing/back office teams.
- Perform data entry: update sales charges and costs in the system/portal.
- Follow up with customers for billing POs and upload documents.
- Handle all types of business correspondence related to billing.
- Communicate with internal teams and maintain the general calendar.
- Manage duties assigned by team leads or directors.
- Adjust to flexible work hours when necessary.
- Qualifications- 2 years of experience in shipping and logistics
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Understanding of shipping processes preferred
- Fast learner with a positive attitude
