The role in a nutshell:

- The implementation executive will focus on the support and maintenance of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).How you will make a difference:

- Maintain all processes related to HRIS, maintaining & updating data, reviewing, testing and implementation.
- Manage the integrity of data within the HRIS all throughout the data cycle: data entry, verification, error correction and reporting.
- Provides support for HRIS including, but not limited to, performing scheduled activities, researching and resolving system related issues and process flaws, recommending and implementing solutions and/or alternate methods for meeting requirements.
- Writes, maintains and supports reports, queries and responds to ongoing and ad hoc data requests in a timely manner.
- Prepare document for implementation requirement.
- Maintain documentation to resolve all defects in test processes and monitor all system change requests and develop implementation guides and develop all required tools.
- Coordinate with functional groups and identify all required enhancements and processes changes as per client requirement to resolve all issues and provide onsite support to all clients for implementation process.
- End -to-end recruitments, sourcing, screening, hiring for IT & non IT positions.

What will give you an advantage:

- 3-5 yrs experience in HR Operations role.
- Attention to detail
- Prior experience working on any HRIS tool.
- Proficiency with MS Office
