**: Customer Service - Freight Forwarders**

**Location: Mulund West**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Manage Sea Freight Bookings**:

- Handle customer inquiries and bookings for sea freight
- Coordinate with shipping lines and overseas agents for space bookings and schedules.
- **Customer Communication**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for sea freight customers.
- Provide updates on shipment status and resolve any service issues promptly.
- Address customer concerns, complaints, or exceptions professionally.
- **Documentation & Compliance**:

- Prepare and verify shipping documents such as Bill of Lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, etc.
- Ensure all documentation complies with international trade regulations and Incoterms.
- **Shipment Coordination**:

- Track and monitor shipments from origin to destination.
- Coordinate with customs brokers, trucking companies, and warehouses for timely pick-up and delivery.
- **Data Entry & System Updates**:

- Accurately input shipment details into the freight management system
- Generate and issue invoices, handle billing queries.
- **Problem Solving**:

- Proactively manage shipment delays, port congestion, and exceptions.
- Provide solutions and alternative shipping options when needed.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with operations, sales, and customs departments.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
