Overview:
As a Language Teacher, you will play a crucial role in fostering language proficiency and cultural understanding among students. You will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment, developing lesson plans, implementing effective teaching strategies, and assessing students' progress. This position requires strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and a passion for promoting language acquisition.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**:

- Design and develop comprehensive language curricula aligned with relevant language proficiency standards.
- Create engaging lesson plans that incorporate a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to diverse learning styles.
- **Classroom Instruction**:

- Deliver language lessons to students, emphasizing the development of listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- Use a variety of instructional techniques, multimedia resources, and technology to enhance learning experiences.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Design and administer assessments to evaluate students' language proficiency and track their progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to students, parents, and administrators regarding individual performance and areas for improvement.
- **Cultural Integration**:

- Integrate cultural elements into language lessons to enhance students' understanding and appreciation of the target language's cultural context.
- Foster an inclusive and culturally sensitive learning environment.
- **Individualized Support**:

- Identify and address the unique needs of students through differentiated instruction.
- Offer additional support to students requiring extra assistance in language acquisition.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Establish and maintain a positive and respectful classroom atmosphere conducive to effective learning.
- Implement appropriate discipline strategies and manage classroom behavior.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay informed about current trends and advancements in language education.
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to create a supportive educational community.
- Attend and contribute to department meetings and school events.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Teaching certification or relevant language teaching qualifications.
- Proficiency in the target language and a deep understanding of its grammar, syntax, and cultural nuances.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Experience with language teaching methodologies and technology integration.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
