**Job Title**: French Teacher (CBSE Background)

**Location**: Bangalore

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching and Curriculum Delivery**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging French lessons in alignment with the CBSE curriculum for [grade levels].
- Use innovative teaching methods and materials to enhance student understanding and interest in the French language.
- Develop lesson plans that meet CBSE standards and educational objectives.
- **Student Assessment and Support**:

- Assess, record, and report on students’ progress and achievements in accordance with CBSE guidelines.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents to support language learning goals.
- Offer additional support to students needing help with the French language.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a positive and disciplined classroom environment conducive to effective language learning.
- Establish and enforce clear rules for behavior and maintain order in the classroom.
- **Residential School Engagement**:

- Actively participate in the residential school’s extracurricular and community activities.
- Support students in their personal, social, and academic development within the residential setting.
- Serve as a mentor and role model for students on campus.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with advancements in French language teaching and CBSE educational methodologies.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and other professional development opportunities.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching practices and share resources.
- Communicate effectively with parents, students, and staff about academic progress and challenges.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in French, Education, or a related field. A teaching certification/license in CBSE is preferred.
- **Experience**: 2-3 years of teaching experience in CBSE-affiliated schools, preferably in a residential school setting.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use technology and digital tools to enhance language learning.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position in a residential school setting.
- Accommodation and meals will be provided as per the institution’s policies.
- Immediate joining is required.
- Job location: Bangalore.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
