**Supervision and Leadership**:

- Lead and manage the staff working on the assigned floor.
- Provide guidance and support to the Housekeeping team, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.

**Guest Services**:

- Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained on the assigned floor.
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs.

**Housekeeping**:

- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping activities on the floor, including room cleaning, linen changes, and maintenance.
- Monitor cleanliness standards and ensure rooms are well-maintained.
- Train new staff members and provide ongoing training for existing team members and track their attendance.

**Inventory Management**:

- Keep track of room inventory and ensure proper allocation of rooms based on reservations and occupancy levels.
- Coordinate with the front desk to manage room availability.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Shift allowance
