Legal Drafting Executive

Draft, review, and finalize various legal documents, including:
- Sale deeds
- Agreement to sell
- Lease/rent agreements
- Power of Attorney
- Joint Development Agreements (JDAs)
- Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs)
- Title reports
- Ensure timely and legally compliant preparation of project documentation.
- Conduct legal due diligence of properties and coordinate with external legal advisors when needed.
- Maintain records of legal documentation and ensure safekeeping and confidentiality.
- Liaise with registration authorities, government bodies, and regulatory agencies for legal formalities and approvals.
- Support litigation processes by preparing necessary legal drafts and coordinating with external counsels.
- Stay up to date with property laws, RERA regulations, and other applicable legislation.
- Collaborate with internal departments (sales, CRM, projects) for contract management and risk mitigation.
**Required Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB); Master’s Degree (LLM) is an advantage.
- 2-5 years of experience in legal drafting in the real estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of property laws, contract law, RERA, and related legal frameworks.
- Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office and legal documentation tools.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
