**Designation: Sr. Research Analyst**:
Preferred work exp: 2 - 5 years

Location: Mumbai, Coimbatore

**Role Description**:
Build client friendly questionnaires and set it up right from defining sampling plan to delivering insights. This will require you to be a single point of contact for the client and collaborate with internal teams. It's an opportunity to work with top 10 market research firms, or large corporations, leverage Ugam's automated questionnaire builders and collaborate with some of the most experienced in market research.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Liaise as the single point of contact for the client and collaborate with internal stakeholders such as survey programming, data processing and coding teams
- Schedule projects & also check feasibility of project execution
- Create client friendly questionnaires and set up the survey link
- Define sampling plan and identify potential bottlenecks ensuring quality measures are followed
- Responsible for vendor and field management ensuring necessary data checks are performed
- Post survey, responsible for creating report shell template & populate standard deliverables, perform Verbatim analysis and QC client deliverables
- Prepare final charting presentation, create storyboard, update headlines and develop excel scorecards

**Qualifications/Certifications**:

- Bachelors in any field

**What are we looking for?**:

- Experience handling quantitative studies in market research domain
- Experience in research and project management
- Proficiency in MS office (MS excel / ppt in particular) is mandatory
- Experience in online surveys with advanced skill in sampling, quota design, field management is also mandatory
- Prior experience working with international clients
- Experience in SPSS is preferred

**Other Infirmation**:

- Willingness to work in client specific timezones
- National / international travel maybe required as per business needs
