**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospects and leads from provided databases or self-generated lists.
- Clearly explain digital marketing services such as SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website Design, Social Media Marketing, and Content Creation.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate digital solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
- Provide feedback from clients and prospects to the marketing and sales teams.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems is a plus.
- Good command of English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
