**Key Responsibilities:Teaching & Curriculum Delivery**
- Prepare and deliver structured, engaging, and interactive lessons aligned with the prescribed curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State Board).
- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly lesson plans using appropriate instructional resources, teaching aids, and technology.
- Use differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners.
- Create opportunities for experiential learning, collaborative projects, and inquiry-based activities.

**Assessment & Evaluation**
- Design and administer formative and summative assessments.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and behavior.
- Provide individualized feedback to students and share progress reports with parents during PTMs.

**Classroom Management**
- Establish clear expectations for behavior and create a positive and disciplined classroom environment.
- Promote values such as respect, responsibility, honesty, and empathy among students.

**Student Development**
- Identify and support students who need academic or emotional assistance.
- Encourage students’ participation in co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
- Mentor students and help build their confidence, skills, and personality.

**Collaboration & Professional Development**
- Coordinate with fellow teachers, academic coordinators, and management on curriculum planning and school events.
- Contribute to curriculum improvement and innovation based on feedback and student performance.

**Technology Integration**
- Use educational technologies, smart classrooms, and digital platforms for teaching, assessments, and communication.
- Stay updated on the latest teaching trends, tools, and resources.

**School Participation**
- Take part in school events, exhibitions, sports meets, celebrations, and annual functions.
- Serve on school committees or task forces as needed.
- Assist in maintaining school discipline, safety protocols, and a conducive learning environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
