**Job Title**: TGT Hindi (Trained Graduate Teacher)
**Location**: Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh
**Qualification**: Associate Degree
**Salary Range**: ₹20,001 - ₹25,000
**Experience Required**: 1-2 years
**Gender Requirement**: Open to all

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lesson Planning and Delivery**:

- Prepare and deliver comprehensive lesson plans for Hindi language instruction in line with the curriculum standards.
- Utilize interactive and engaging teaching methods to foster student interest and understanding of the language.
- **Student Assessment and Progress Monitoring**:

- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate students’ understanding, progress, and areas for improvement.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them improve language skills.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Establish a disciplined, positive, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages respectful interaction and participation.
- Address classroom challenges effectively while maintaining a conducive learning atmosphere.
- **Parent and Staff Collaboration**:

- Communicate with parents on student progress, strengths, and areas for development.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and participate in staff meetings to contribute to the school’s educational goals.
- **Curriculum Enrichment**:

- Develop supplementary learning materials and activities to enhance students’ Hindi language skills.
- Encourage students to participate in language-related events, competitions, and cultural activities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
