**Job Summary**:
The Digital Content Creator will be responsible for developing and executing a content strategy that effectively communicates the company's expertise in HR and related topics to its audience through various digital platforms. This position will collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop and implement strategies to increase engagement, followers, and leads through digital content.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the company's brand and goals
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform content creation
- Manage and maintain the company's blog, including developing editorial calendars, writing blog posts, and sourcing guest contributors
- Monitor and analyze content performance, using data to inform future content decisions
- Assist with the development of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and infographics
- Ensure all content is compliant with SEO best practices and is optimized for search engines

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in digital content creation, preferably in a B2B environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating content for various platforms and audiences
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital content metrics
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Hootsuite
- Understanding of HR and related topics is preferred, but not required
