JOB DESCRIPTION• We are looking for a creative, health-conscious, and trend-savvy Content Creator who can produceengaging and result-driven content for our Doctor Detox brand — India’s leading detox-basedweight loss program.• You’ll be responsible for ideating, scripting, and creating both video and static content that connectsemotionally, educates the audience, and drives conversions across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube,and other digital platforms.• The ideal candidate understands social media trends, wellness content psychology, and the art ofcreating meaningful digital experiences that inspire healthier lifestyles.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:🧠 Content Ideation & Strategy• Research wellness, detox, and weight loss trends to generate fresh, relatable content ideas.• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand campaigns and target audiencepsychology.• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure visual and messaging alignment.🎥 Content Creation• Script and creatively direct short-form video content (Reels, Testimonials, UGC, Tips, Myths,etc.) in coordination with the graphic designer and video editor.• Create engaging Instagram captions, hooks, and storytelling-style posts.• Coordinate with clients/influencers for testimonial videos and transformation reels.• Identify and implement trending audios, challenges, and content styles that suit the brand tone.✍ Copywriting• Write crisp, emotionally appealing, and conversion-focused captions and ad copies.• Repurpose long-form content (blogs, client stories) into bite-sized social media formats.• Write blog posts and educational articles related to detox, weight loss, and healthy living.📊 Content Optimization• Analyze content performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).• Use insights to refine future content strategies.• Stay updated with the latest platform algorithm changes and emerging content formats.💡 Content Performance & Revenue Contribution• Ideate, plan, and execute organic content and campaign concepts — to be visually designed andedited by the in-house creative team — that drive brand visibility, engagement, and measurablerevenue growth through social and digital platforms.🤝 Influencer Campaigns & Collaborations• Research and shortlist suitable influencers and digital creators in the health, wellness, andlifestyle niche who align with the Doctor Detox brand identity.• ⁠Evaluate influencer profiles based on audience demographics, engagement quality, andauthenticity.• ⁠Draft influencer briefs and collaboration outlines with clear deliverables, messaging tone,hashtags, and CTAs.• ⁠Coordinate with influencers for scripting, content direction, and approval before publishing.• ⁠Ensure all influencer-generated content follows brand guidelines and messaging standards.• ⁠Track campaign performance using engagement, reach, and conversion metrics.• ⁠Prepare influencer performance reports and identify top-performing creators for futurepartnerships.• ⁠Repurpose influencer content into ads, testimonials, or social proof videos for paid campaigns.• ⁠Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers through consistent communicationand collaboration.• ⁠Stay updated with the latest influencer trends, formats, and Instagram algorithm changes.DAY-TO-DAY ACTIVITIES:1. Research trending health, detox, and fitness topics for upcoming content ideas.2. Plan and execute the daily social media posting schedule as per the content calendar.3. Write engaging captions, hooks, and ad copies that align with campaign goals.4. Conceptualize and shoot Reels or short-form videos in coordination with the creative team.5. Coordinate with designers for static post layouts, thumbnails, or motion graphics.6. Monitor social media engagement — reply to comments, handle DMs, and track audiencefeedback.7. Track post analytics daily/weekly to measure reach and performance.8. Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns, testimonials, and festiveoffers.9. Research and propose new trends, sounds, or content formats for experimentation.10. Maintain organized folders for creative assets, captions, and scheduled content.11. Prepare weekly content performance reports with insights and improvement ideas.REQUIREMENTS:🧩 Technical Competencies• Excellent command over modern AI and content-enhancement tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper,Copy.ai, Notion AI, Grammarly, and Perplexity for ideation and scripting.• Ability to leverage AI for content research, caption generation, trend analysis, and audienceinsight development.• Familiarity with SEO and social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta BusinessSuite, Instagram Insights, YouTube Studio, and SEMrush for tracking performance,engagement, and reach metrics.• Strong understanding of digital trends and audience engagement techniques, with practicalfamiliarity using tools such as Google Trends, BuzzSumo, Later, Hootsuite, and TrendTok toidentify emerging topics and optimize posting strategies.• Proficiency in Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, and platforms & its contentformats.💼 Professional & General Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.• 1–4 years of experience in social media content creation, preferably within the health, fitness, orwellness industry.• Excellent storytelling, communication, and writing abilities.PREFERRED SKILLS:• Knowledge of health and fitness trends and audience psychology.• Experience in UGC or influencer-style video creation.• Basic graphic design and layout sense.• Creative thinker with a proactive and positive attitude.
