Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive with experience in tele sales to join our team. As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to generate sales leads and convert them into customers through effective telephonic communication. Fluency in English, Malayalam, and Hindi is essential for this role.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services and secure sales.

2. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional customer service.

3. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.

4. Achieve sales targets and goals within the assigned timeframe.

5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software.

6. Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries.

7. Attend sales meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

9. Provide feedback and suggestions to the management team to improve sales processes and customer experience.

10. Continuously develop and enhance tele sales techniques to increase sales effectiveness.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in tele sales, preferably in a similar industry.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Fluent in English, Malayalam, and Hindi (both written and verbal).

4. Excellent persuasive and negotiation abilities.

5. Ability to work independently.

6. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

7. Good organizational and time management skills.

8. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

9. Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections.

10. Prioritize customer satisfaction and deliver exceptional service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
