**Job Description**:
The Architect must leverage their extensive expertise and experience to devise innovative approaches, methods, and principles for tackling problems that often lack precedent. They are adept at overseeing and providing guidance for large-scale, highly complex projects. Additionally, they excel in crafting integrated solutions by amalgamating knowledge from diverse disciplines and play a pivotal role in shaping the organizational roadmap.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead ideation sessions to generate potential solutions for business requirements.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to discern product and technical specifications. Conduct thorough analysis to ascertain integration requisites.
- Collaborate closely with the delivery team to create robust and scalable solutions and products.
- Act as a mentor for developers, both through project-based guidance and broader professional development initiatives.
- Engage in business development endeavors, including participating in sales pursuits with prospective clients, estimating new projects, and defining scope through new contracts.
- Foster regular collaboration with other disciplines such as UX, visual design, content and digital strategy, and QA testing.
- Identify areas for process enhancement.
- Establish standards for high-quality, state-of-the-art technological work.

**Experience**:

- Total Experience: 7-10 years in the Software Development field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a solution/technical architect.
- Profound understanding of intricate programming and database design.
- Demonstrated ability to grasp the broader impact of developed processes.
- Proficiency in articulating and communicating solutions concisely.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.
- Demonstrated aptitude for both individual and collaborative team efforts.

**Skills, Abilities & Knowledge**:

- Extensive Development experience in JAVA 8 and above.
- Strong proficiency in Spring / Spring boot.
- Proficient in Azure or AWS DevOPS.
- Sound command of design principles and design patterns.
- Knowledge or Experience in emerging technologies like AI/ML is a plus.
- Previous experience in Product Development or SAAS Model is mandatory.
- In-depth technical expertise, with hands-on experience in systems development across various computing architectures and environments.
- Leading the design and development efforts for systems integration projects.
- Profound understanding of architectural concepts, issues, and trends.
- Ability to comprehend and analyze business data requirements to construct accurate, adaptable, and flexible logical data models using modeling tools.
- Expertise in Object-Oriented Principles and Design Patterns.
- Proficiency in n-tiered web architectures, SOA, and related technologies (XML, SOAP, REST, JSON, etc.).
- Thorough understanding of software development life cycles, development and technology tools, testing methodologies, and requirements gathering.
- Strong technical proficiency in Relational Databases, No SQL DB (e.g., MySQL, SQLServer, MongoDB), Web development, and object-oriented methodologies.
- A team player with the ability to effectively collaborate across all levels of an organization and influence consensus.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Capacity to operate with mínimal supervision.
- Adaptive and responsive work approach.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

**Qualifications:*
- BE, B.Tech. Or MCA/MS (Computer Science / IT) from a reputable institute.Role & responsibilities

- Salary: Up to 30 Lakhs Per Annum
- Notice Period: Maximum 30 Days Notice Required
