Receptionist Office Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure front-desk security procedures are followed.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to office staff.
- Manage and order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure cleanliness of the reception area.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and other office activities.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and support staff for smooth daily operations.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduate in any discipline.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
