**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**:

- Develop brand-consistent designs that reflect our values and resonate with our target audience.
- Collaborate on marketing materials and campaigns, ensuring a cohesive look and feel.
- **Video Editing**:

- Edit video content for various platforms, including social media, YouTube, and websites.
- Create engaging video snippets, trailers, and motion graphics that tell a compelling story.
- Add effects, transitions, and sound to video content to enhance production quality.
- **Content Creation**:

- Work on end-to-end design and editing for promotional content, product showcases, and informational videos.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop visual assets aligned with marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and suggest creative solutions to enhance content.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage multiple projects with varying timelines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide drafts, and refine deliverables based on feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, with a portfolio showcasing both design and video projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other design/video editing software.
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, and typography.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with social media trends and best practices for digital content.
- Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Experience in 3D design, animation, or motion graphics.
- Familiarity with other design tools, like Final Cut Pro, Canva, and Figma.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
