We have a strategic partnership with a London based company. As part of this partnership, we will be managing the WordPress websites for their customers across different markets (UK, Canada and USA). To support this expansion we are adding a new team of web associates.

Position: Web Associate
- Using the WordPress CMS create websites for clients.
- Manage customer websites by adding/updating content, images and videos.
- Help to create solutions to make customers happy and keep them engaged with their website.
- Provide a ‘1st line’ level of technical support. This will involve lightweight CSS and PHP (applies only those who know what the abbreviations mean).
- Work on strategies to improve customer satisfaction and further develop our product.
- On site optimization for search engines (SEO).
- Managing the online presence of the site by submitting it to directories and portals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
