**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Delivery**:

- Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions on mobile phone repairing, including troubleshooting, hardware repairs, software installation, and device maintenance.
- Cover topics such as circuit boards, soldering, IC replacements, battery repairs, screen replacements, and operating system issues.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Design and update training materials and course content to reflect the latest trends and technologies in mobile phone repair.
- Ensure the curriculum includes hands-on exercises and real-world scenarios for students.
- **Student Support & Assessment**:

- Provide individual guidance to students to help them understand complex concepts and improve their technical skills.
- Assess student performance through assignments, tests, and practical exams.
- **Equipment Management**:

- Ensure the training lab is equipped with all necessary tools and devices for practical sessions.
- Maintain and manage tools like soldering kits, multimeters, screwdrivers, and diagnostic software.
- **Industry Updates**:

- Stay updated on the latest developments in mobile phone technologies and repair techniques.
- Integrate emerging technologies and tools into the training program.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in mobile phone repair (hardware and software).
- Strong understanding of various mobile phone brands and models.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing faults in smartphones and tablets.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Certification in mobile repairing or electronics (preferred but not mandatory).

**Preferred Experience**:

- Minimum of 1 years in mobile phone repair or related roles.
- Previous experience in teaching or training roles is an advantage.
