Executive Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Calendar & Schedule Management**: Organize the owner’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
- **Travel Coordination**: Plan and manage domestic and international travel arrangements.
- **Report & Document Preparation**: Create reports, presentations, and business-related documents.
- **Management Assistance**: Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- **Staff Follow-ups**: Track task completion, follow up on assigned responsibilities, and ensure smooth workflow among staff.
- **Office Administration**: Support day-to-day administrative functions, including data management and record-keeping.
- **Confidentiality & Record-Keeping**: Maintain and organize confidential files and important business records.
- **Task Prioritization & Follow-ups**: Track pending tasks, ensure deadlines are met, and follow up on key assignments.
- **Vendor & Client Coordination**: Liaise with vendors, clients, and business associates on behalf of the owner.
- **Event & Meeting Coordination**: Assist in planning business meetings, conferences, and corporate events.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Assist in monitoring staff performance and ensuring timely execution of assigned duties.
**Requirements**:
- **Minimum 2-4 years of experience** as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in **English & Hindi**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)**.
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive business matters with discretion
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
