
Admin Executive

**Responsibilities**:
1. Manage and coordinate office operations and procedures.
2. Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
3. Organize and execute Events
4. Maintain contact lists and follow up with vendor
- suppliers.
5. Provide general support to teams
6. Develop and maintain a filing system.
7. Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
8. Maintain office equipment and manage contracts and services.
9. Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
10. Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data.
11. Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
12. Handle confidential information in a professional and discreet manner.
13. Undertake occasional receptionist duties.
**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or office admin executive.
2. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
3. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
4. Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
5. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Strong organizational and planning skills.
8. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
