Experience: 3 months to 2 years
Location: Kandivali West (work from office) Working Days: Monday to Saturday (3rd and 4th Saturday off)

Work Timings: 10 to 6:30 pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a recruiter, preferably in IT Recruitment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
