**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and related hardware/software.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of infrastructure.
- Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, access rights, and storage allocations in accordance with best practices.
- Administer and support core Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange.
- Configure and manage virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Ensure system security through access controls, firewalls, and regular audits.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and coordinate with vendors for repairs.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to support software, hardware, and network solutions.
- Stay current with technological developments and recommend improvements.

**Qualifications**:
**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- fresher to 1 year of experience in system administration or related field.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in Windows and/or Linux server environments.
- Hands-on experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Strong understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Experience with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python) is desirable.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices and service desk operations.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Certifications (preferred)**:

- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server / Azure Administrator Associate
- CompTIA Server+ / Network+ / Security+
- VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
- Linux Professional Institute Certification (LPIC)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
