Key Responsibilities:

- Work with the admin to create content and manage social media handles for the Centre.
- Increase brand visibility and awareness through marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that are aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Work closely with the leadership team to develop and monitor the annual budget and business plans.
- To be accountable and responsible for day-to-day financial systems i;e invoicing, fees collection and record keeping, expense management, budgeting, payments and other miscellaneous activities directly relating to the Nursery provision.
- To contribute to the strategic planning, monitoring, evaluation, and development of the organisation.
- Event planning and execution for on-site and offsite events
- Work with the admin to create content and manage social media handles for the Centre.
- Working closely with the teachers to ensure education, physical and emotional wellbeing, health and safety and parental involvement for all the students.
- Work with teachers to create a developmentally age-appropriate activities for the children.
- Support the team to assess individual child’s need.
- Participate with the team with weekly classroom planning, special events and celebrations.
- Provide support and guidance to staff to help resolve learning challenges or early intervention for students whenever necessary.
- Track the monthly observations, learning journal maintenance, parent teacher meeting readiness for teachers.
- Supervise and evaluate the upkeep of display and infrastructure all around the centre.
- Ensure age-appropriate resources are present in the school keeping the safety of children in consideration.
