**Job Description**:
As a Sales Officer at [Building Material Company], you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth by effectively promoting and selling our range of building materials to prospective clients. Your primary responsibilities will involve establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
- **Sales Generation**: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- **Quotation and Proposal Creation**: Prepare and present quotations and proposals to customers in a professional manner. Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to maximize revenue.
- **Market Intelligence**: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of the competition.
- **Order Processing and Follow-Up**: Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues from other departments such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth execution of sales transactions and customer satisfaction.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to track performance against targets. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

**Qualification : Graduation**

**Experience : 2-5 years**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,332.00 - ₹24,222.41 per month
