**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform welding tasks using various arc welding techniques, including Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW/MIG), and Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW).
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols to determine proper welding operations.
- Set up and operate arc welding machines, ensuring proper settings and adjustments.
- Inspect welds for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of welding equipment.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Document and report any issues or discrepancies in the welding process.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in welding preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an arc welder in a fabrication unit.
- Proficient in various arc welding techniques and equipment.
- Strong understanding of welding standards, materials, and processes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Knowledge of safety standards and practices in welding.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
