**Job Title**: MIG Welder

**Location**: Raigarh, Chhattisgarh

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform MIG welding operations on various metal components and structures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed drawings.
- Set up welding machines based on job specifications and welding procedures.
- Ensure high standards of welding quality and adhere to safety protocols.
- Inspect welded joints to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Maintain welding equipment in optimal condition and perform routine maintenance.
- Collaborate with the fabrication team to complete projects on time and within specifications.
- Follow health, safety, and environmental guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a technical certification in welding is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an arc welder in a fabrication unit.
- Proven experience as a MIG Welder in a fabrication unit or similar setting.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints.
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and safety standards.
- Ability to operate welding machinery and hand tools effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations related to welding.

- Expertise in MIG welding processes and techniques.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently with basic guidance giving high productivity

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
