**About the client**:
Our client is one of the growing MNCs in IT service consulting

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Using React.js, architect and create scalable front-end solutions that adhere to technical limitations and business needs.
- Oversee the front-end projects' technical implementation, making sure best practices and coding standards are followed.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior front-end developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
- Perform code reviews to guarantee the performance, scalability, and quality of the code.
- Remain current on front-end development trends and innovations, and suggest creative ways to enhance our offerings.
- Closely collaborate with backend programmers to incorporate server-side logic into front-end elements.
- Optimize front-end performance and user experience through efficient code, performance tuning, and UI/UX enhancements.
- Quickly identify and fix defects, performance bottlenecks, and technical problems.
- Take part in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and sprint planning as part of the agile development process.

**Preferred Skills/Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of React.js concepts such as virtual DOM, JSX, components, and state management (e.g., Redux).
- Proficiency in modern web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive web design principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues in a distributed environment.
- Experience with other front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., Angular, Vue.js) is a plus.
