We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front-End Engineer to design, develop, and maintain the client-facing side of our applications. This role focuses on creating seamless, responsive, and user-friendly experiences for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of modern front-end frameworks, user-centric design principles, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their use-cases, pain points, and requirements, advocating for user-centric solutions.
  • Design, develop, and deliver scalable front-end solutions using modern tools, languages, and frameworks.
  • Ensure alignment with architecture guidelines for a unified development approach.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, back-end developers, and architects.
  • Create mock-ups, wireframes, and prototypes for new features and participate in UI/UX reviews and product demos.
  • Perform automated and functional UI testing to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Optimize applications by fixing bugs, improving performance, and adopting new technologies to maximize efficiency.
  • Apply best practices in cross-browser compatibility, SEO, and accessibility standards.
  • Build user-friendly, interactive experiences following enterprise branding and design standards using technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, etc.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and emerging technologies in UI/UX development.

Skills Required

  • Strong expertise in Front-End Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, etc.)
  • Experience with Web Applications and APIs
  • Knowledge of GCP (Google Cloud Platform) or similar cloud services
  • Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design principles
  • Understanding of accessibility, SEO principles, and cross-browser testing

Experience Required

  • 6+ years in IT, with 4+ years in front-end development
  • Hands-on practice in at least 2 programming languages OR advanced expertise in one language
