**About the Role**:
We are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented **Operations Executives** to support our overseas education team. This role involves assisting students through various stages of the overseas admissions process, coordinating with internal departments and international institutions, and ensuring smooth operational execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide timely updates and support to students throughout the admissions cycle
- Maintain and update student records in the CRM system
- Ensure compliance with visa regulations and institutional guidelines
- Handle inbound queries and provide excellent customer service

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite tools
