**Curriculum Planning and Delivery**: Develop and deliver engaging lessons and learning activities that align with the curriculum guidelines and objectives for psychology education at the appropriate level (e.g., high school, college). Design lesson plans that incorporate a variety of instructional strategies to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
- **Classroom Management**: Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and intellectual inquiry. Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain discipline, encourage participation, and foster mutual respect among students.
- **Individualized Support and Guidance**: Provide academic and emotional support to students on an individual basis as needed. Offer guidance and counseling to students who may be experiencing academic challenges, personal difficulties, or psychological issues.
- **Extracurricular Involvement**: Encourage student engagement in extracurricular activities related to psychology, such as participation in psychology clubs, research projects, or community service initiatives. Provide mentorship and supervision for student-led initiatives in the field of psychology.
- **Parent and Stakeholder Communication**: Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to provide updates on student progress, academic performance, and behavioral concerns. Collaborate with parents and stakeholders to support student learning and well-being.
- **Ethical and Professional Conduct**: Adhere to ethical standards and professional guidelines in the teaching of psychology. Foster an environment of integrity, honesty, and respect for ethical principles in research, teaching, and academic interactions.
- **Contributions to School Community**: Contribute to the broader school community through participation in faculty meetings, curriculum development committees, and school-wide initiatives. Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines to integrate psychological principles into interdisciplinary learning experiences.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
